It was helped to solve this problem with a simple, but very effective trick of Soviet geologists. There were once in our country such bearded units that came through all Siberia and the Urals.
And the question with food in long transitions also stood sharply. Three times a day to stop and cook food on the fire — there is not enough time to work, so they learned to the sickness: specially prepared food once a day. In the morning we were glared buckwheat in a thermos with a filling, she was already ready for dinner.
Buckwheat in the thermos absorbs the delicious tissue without a residue, swells and significantly increases in volume. Half a glass of cereals for two hours swells to such an extent that the thermos becomes absolutely complete.
